Due to the different usage diagrams, working conditions, and environments of pressure gauges, they can be classified according to the following aspects.
1. According to different elastic elements, it can be divided into:
1). C-shaped spring tube pressure gauge;
2). Spiral spring tube pressure gauge;
3). Diaphragm pressure gauge;
4). Diaphragm pressure gauge;
5). Bellows pressure gauge.
2. According to the different purposes of the instrument, it can be divided into:
1). General purpose pressure gauges such as general pressure gauges, oxygen pressure gauges, ammonia pressure gauges, and electric contact pressure gauges;
2). Special purpose pressure gauges such as diaphragm gauges, anti-corrosion pressure gauges, shock resistant pressure gauges, and bellows pressure gauges.
3. It can be divided into:
1). Micro pressure gauge measurement range: below 10000Pa;
2). Low pressure gauge measurement range: 10~600kPa;
3). Measurement range of medium pressure gauge: 0.6~10MPa;
4). High pressure gauge measuring range: 10~600MPa;
5). Measurement range of ultra-high pressure gauge: greater than 600MPa.
4. According to the accuracy of the instrument, it can be divided into:
1). General pressure gauges - accuracy levels of 1, 1.6, 2.5, and 4.0.
2). Precision pressure gauge - accuracy levels of 0.1, 0.16, 0.25, and 0.4
5. According to different installation methods of instruments, they can be divided into:
1). Threaded connection;
2). Disk mounted connection;
3). Flange connection;
4). Clip on connection.
