Product Overview
The working principle of the rake type vacuum dryer mainly consists of the mixing shaft, cylinder, transmission system, and sealing device. The heat required for drying is mainly provided by the mixing shaft and cylinder jacket. After the heating medium is introduced into the equipment, the heat indirectly heats the material through the jacket and stirring shaft. The moisture in the wet material is vaporized by heating, and the vaporized moisture is promptly extracted by the vacuum system. With the continuous rotation of the mixing shaft, the contact between the material and the heating surface is constantly updated, so that the material is uniformly heated, thereby achieving good drying effect. The new rake vacuum dryer mainly improves the internal baffle jacket, special channel type hot shaft, and sealing structure of the dryer.
Packing seals have the advantages of heat resistance, pressure resistance, simple structure, reliable sealing, economy, and easy maintenance. Therefore, many dynamic seals use packing seals. However, in the vacuum rake dryer, a separate packing seal is prone to contamination caused by foreign objects mixed into the dried material. Therefore, a new double sealing structure has been developed between the end cover and the hot shaft, which not only avoids foreign objects from falling into the material, but also solves the problem of material leakage.
