The sesame processing production line consists of equipment such as air screen density cleaning machine, stone removal machine, air screen cleaning machine, vibration grading screen, color sorting machine (optional), quantitative packaging scale, dust removal system, two-layer platform, electric control cabinet, etc.
working principle
The sesame processing production line uses air selection to remove light impurities such as skin, leaves, and dust from sesame seeds; By using the specific gravity table of the air screen specific gravity cleaning machine, impurities with lighter specific gravity such as small sticks, straw, and rotten sesame seeds can be removed; After passing through the stone machine to remove stones from the material, it enters the vibration grading screen to remove immature small sesame seeds through precision screen configuration. Then it enters the color sorting machine to sort out particles with different colors based on color differences. Finally, it enters the quantitative packaging scale and sets different packaging ranges according to customer requirements to package the finished product.
