Product Overview

The LWQ series gas turbine flowmeter is a new generation of high-precision and highly reliable gas precision measuring instrument that integrates temperature, pressure, flow sensors, and intelligent flow integrators. It has absorbed advanced flow instrument technologies from both domestic and foreign sources, optimized design, and integrated theories of gas mechanics, fluid mechanics, electromagnetics, etc. It has excellent low-pressure and high-pressure measuring performance, multiple signal output methods, and low sensitivity to fluid disturbances. It is widely used for measuring gases such as natural gas, coal to gas, liquefied gas, and light hydrocarbon gas.

This product has been inspected and approved by the national explosion-proof product quality inspection department in accordance with the standards of GB3836.2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d "", and GB3836.4-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 4: Intrinsic Safety Type" i ". The explosion-proof marks are Exd Ⅱ BT6 (Explosion proof Type) and Exia Ⅱ CT6 (Honan Type). Built in pressure and temperature sensors, high safety performance, compact structure, and beautiful appearance

The instrument has explosion-proof and protective functions, with explosion-proof markings of Exd Ⅱ BT6 and Exia Ⅱ CT6, and a protection level of IP65

The system operates with low power consumption, and a 3.2V10AH lithium battery can be used continuously for more than 3 years

The working principle of the instrument coefficient and cumulative flow value remains unchanged for ten years after power failure. When fluid flows into the flowmeter, it is rectified and accelerated by the dedicated integrated rectifier at the inlet. Due to the angle between the turbine blades and the fluid flow direction, the turbine generates a rotational torque. After overcoming the friction torque and fluid resistance torque, the turbine begins to rotate. Within a certain flow range, the angular velocity of turbine rotation is proportional to the fluid volume flow rate. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, a magnetic sensor is used to sense a pulse signal proportional to the volume flow rate of the fluid from a coaxial rotating signal wheel. After amplification, filtering, and shaping, the signal, along with temperature and pressure sensor signals, enters the microprocessor of the intelligent flow integrator for processing and calculation. The volume flow rate and total amount of the gas are directly displayed on the LCD screen
