The TP7910 fully automatic particle size analyzer is a specialized instrument developed according to various standards such as GB/T18854, ISO11171, DL/T432, GJB420A, GJB380.4A, NAS1638, ISO4406, etc., for the inspection of pollution levels in oil. It can be widely used in aviation, aerospace, power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, ports, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing and other fields for solid particle pollution detection of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil (insulation oil), turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic oil and other oils, as well as for insoluble particle detection of organic liquids and polymer solutions.

Principle

Adopting the core technology of the International Organization for Standardization's "light blocking (shading) counting principle", when particles in a liquid pass through a narrow detection area, the incident light perpendicular to the liquid flow direction is blocked by insoluble particles, causing the sensor output signal to change. This signal change is proportional to the cross-sectional area of the particles, thereby detecting the size and quantity of particles in the liquid.
