The washing and filtering vacuum dryer is a new type of chemical equipment that integrates reaction, filtration, washing, and drying functions. It solves the three important unit operations of reaction, filtration, and drying in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food, and requires three different unit devices to sequentially complete the process. Structure and working principle of washing and filtering vacuum dryer
This machine has a conical structure, with heating jackets installed on the cylindrical body and lower cone to heat or cool the material. Inside the multifunctional machine, there are hollow shafts and variable angle and variable lead hollow spiral stirring devices to stir and lift the material. When discharging the material, a complex conical filtering device is installed in the lower body, and a specially designed quick discharge device or pneumatic discharge ball valve is installed at the bottom of the equipment.
In the reaction stage, the reaction material is added from the top, and the stirring structure can achieve very uniform stirring of the material inside the machine. The material is heated or cooled simultaneously through the cylinder jacket, cone jacket, hollow shaft, and hollow spiral blade, allowing the material to fully react inside the machine. In the filtration stage, this machine can filter and dry the material through pressure or vacuum filtration inside the machine, and add washing solution to automatically re slurry and wash the material multiple times inside the machine
Press dry after meeting the washing requirements. During the drying stage, the simplified jacket, conical jacket, hollow shaft, and hollow screw strip simultaneously heat the material and vacuum it at the top to perform vacuum sealed low-temperature drying. After drying, the material is automatically sealed and discharged.
