Product Overview

Xenon lamp test chamber is an experimental equipment used to simulate sunlight, natural climate, and other lighting conditions. It uses a xenon lamp as a light source and can adjust parameters such as light intensity, temperature, and humidity according to different application needs. Xenon lamp test chambers are mainly used for experimental research on material weather resistance, color fastness, ultraviolet radiation, as well as product quality control and testing in cosmetics, plastics, coatings and other fields.

Its working principle is very simple, it is to install a xenon lamp inside the test chamber, generate various temperatures and humidity through heating and cooling, and simulate various conditions of the natural environment. The test chamber is also equipped with heaters and refrigerators, as well as temperature and humidity recorders and real-time monitoring systems to ensure stable and accurate test conditions.

Xenon lamp test chambers can typically simulate various climatic conditions, such as exposure to sunlight, pouring rain, alternating hot and cold, etc., thereby subjecting products to different environmental conditions in a short period of time. This can help companies determine the stability and practical performance of their products more quickly, thereby accelerating product development and production processes.

The xenon lamp test chamber can not only test the oxidation resistance, radiation resistance, UV resistance and other properties of materials and products, but also test the performance parameters of products, such as thermal conductivity, sealing, strength, hardness and other parameters. The data obtained through testing can help companies reduce product costs and improve product quality and competitiveness.

Xenon lamp test chamber operating environmental conditions:

1. The ground is flat, well ventilated, and free of flammable, explosive, corrosive gases and dust;

2. There is no strong electromagnetic radiation source nearby;

3. There is a drainage floor drain near the equipment (within 2 meters of the refrigeration unit);

4. Leave appropriate maintenance space around the equipment;

5. Temperature: 5 ℃ to 30 ℃;

6. Relative humidity: ≤ 85% RH;

7. Air pressure: 86-106 kPa;

8. Require users to configure corresponding capacity air or power switches for the equipment at the installation site, and this switch must be independent and dedicated for the use of this equipment;

When the equipment is not working, the ambient temperature should be kept within+0-45 ℃. When the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, the water remaining in the equipment should be discharged completely.

Xenon lamp testing is prohibited for media with the following conditions:

1. Testing and storage of samples of flammable, explosive, and volatile substances;

2. Testing and storage of corrosive substance samples;

3. Testing or storage of biological samples;

4. Testing and storage of strong electromagnetic emission source samples.
