A shock resistant pressure gauge is based on a regular pressure gauge, filled with damping fluid and equipped with a buffering mechanism to reduce the impact of severe environmental vibrations and medium pulses on the instrument. Widely used in mechanical, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, mining, power and other departments, it measures the pressure of the medium that can withstand the pulsation, impact and sudden unloading of the medium in places with severe environmental vibration.
The outer shell is of an airtight structure, which can effectively protect the internal components from environmental influences and contamination invasion. A shock resistant pressure gauge is an instrument that is filled with damping fluid (usually silicone oil or glycerin) inside the housing, which can resist working environment vibrations and reduce the pulsating effects of medium pressure.
Installation precautions
1. The ambient temperature for instrument use is -40~70 ℃, and the relative humidity is not greater than 80%. If it deviates from the normal operating temperature by 20 ± 5 ℃, it must be included in the temperature additional error.
2. The instrument must be installed vertically, striving to be at the same level as the measuring point. If the difference is too high, it will be included in the additional error caused by the liquid column, which does not need to be considered when measuring gas. During installation, block the explosion-proof at the back of the watch case to avoid affecting its explosion-proof performance.
3. The normal measurement range of the instrument should not exceed 3/4 of the upper measurement limit under static pressure and 2/3 of the upper measurement limit under fluctuation. Under the above two pressure conditions, the measurement of the large pressure gauge should not be lower than 1/3 of the lower limit, and all vacuum parts should be used when measuring vacuum.
4. If the instrument pointer malfunctions or the internal components become loose or cannot work properly during use, maintenance should be carried out or the manufacturer should be contacted for repair.
5. Instruments should avoid vibration and collision to prevent damage.
6. Please indicate the instrument model and name when placing an order; The measurement range of the instrument; The accuracy level of the instrument deviates from the packaging requirements and others.
7. Special design based on user requirements.
