Longxing vibrating screen is a filtering mechanical separation equipment used for solid phase treatment of mud, consisting of a sieve and a oscillator. The thickness of the sieve is expressed by mesh, generally below 50 mesh is a coarse sieve, and above 80 mesh is a fine sieve. The oscillator is an eccentric wheel that rotates under the drive of an electric motor, causing the sieve frame to vibrate. Due to the vibration of the screen frame, when the mud flows onto the screen surface, the coarser solid particles remain on the screen surface and are discharged from one end along the inclined surface. The finer solid particles and mud liquid flow together through the screen holes to the mud pit.
