Magnetic flap level gauge is the most commonly used level measuring instrument in industrial production. However, due to different usage conditions of users, the situation of various tanks varies greatly, and the size is also high and low. Therefore, the length measurement range of the liquid level gauge is customized according to customer requirements. When using and installing, some customers may complain that the size of the magnetic flip board is too long and difficult to install. The correct installation and use of the level gauge are necessary for better measurement and to ensure the service life of the magnetic flap level gauge. Chengfeng Instrument is a professional liquid level gauge manufacturer, providing instructions for the installation of liquid level gauges.
The most important thing to note for level gauges that exceed a certain length is to add flanges or ear supports in the middle during installation to increase strength and overcome their own weight, so that the instrument is in a stable state.
Installation points of magnetic flap level gauge:
1. When selecting the installation position of the magnetic flap level gauge from the beginning, attention should be paid to avoiding the outlet or inlet that is far away from the material, in order to prevent the measurement results of the level gauge from being affected by the drastic changes in the local area of the material fluid;
2. When equipped with remote transmission instruments, the following points should be noted:
1) The zero point of the remote transmission supporting instrument should be on the same horizontal line as the zero point indication of the liquid level gauge,
2) The connection between remote transmission supporting instruments and display instruments or industrial control computers is laid separately through protective tubes or with shielded two core cables;
3) The remote transmission supporting instruments should be tightly attached to the main pipe of the liquid level gauge and fixed with stainless steel clamps (iron clamps are prohibited);
4) The sensing surface of the remote transmission supporting instrument should face and be closely attached to the main tube;
5) After the wiring holes of the junction box are laid, it is required to be well sealed to prevent rainwater, moisture, and other factors from entering and causing the remote transmission supporting instruments to malfunction. After inspection and debugging are completed, the junction box should be promptly covered and secured.
The above summary cannot provide a detailed overview of complex installation situations, and unexpected problems may arise during specific installations. This requires installation personnel to be good at using their brains and finding the most suitable installation method.
