1、 Main structure and driving system
·Rigid and stable framework: Adopting a double arm gantry structure, the overall rigidity is strong, the operation is smooth, and it can withstand the huge torque and radial force generated during high-speed dispersion.
·Powerful dual power core: equipped with high-speed dispersing motor and low-speed stirring motor, with abundant power, ensuring stable speed and no power attenuation when handling high viscosity materials.
·Reliable transmission system: The dispersed shaft adopts a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has high transmission efficiency, low noise, high load-bearing capacity, and long service life.
2、 Core mixing system: achieving three-dimensional blind spot free motion
The essence of this device lies in its unique multi axis, multi blade combination system.
1. High speed dispersion system (spindle):
·Structure: Adopting a long and short axis structure, the bottom layer is equipped with high-quality dispersing discs, and two butterfly paddles are installed above.
·Working principle: While revolving, the dispersed shaft rotates at high speed (variable frequency speed regulation, 0-1600rpm infinitely adjustable). The dispersing disc generates strong shear and impact on the material, while the butterfly paddle forms a downward flow when rotating, strongly pressing the material towards the high-speed shear zone, thereby achieving rapid crushing, dispersion, and emulsification of the material.
2. Low speed mixing system (secondary shaft):
·Structure: Unique "mountain" shaped mixing blade, integrated with scraping wall and scraping bottom blades.
·Working principle: The low-speed shaft rotates in the opposite direction to the high-speed shaft. The "mountain" shaped blade steadily lifts the bottom material upwards to prevent sedimentation, while the flexible scraper closely adheres to the cylinder wall and bottom, continuously scraping the retained material away and sending it into the main mixing zone. This "flip up push down" cycle solves the mixing blind zone between the edge and bottom of the cylinder.
3、 Humanization and process guarantee design
·Precision manufactured mixing tank: The cylinder body is made of 304 stainless steel, and the inner wall has undergone precision polishing treatment, with high surface smoothness, easy cleaning, and no material hanging, meeting GMP standards.
·Accurate temperature control system: The shell is equipped with a water-cooled jacket, which can accurately cool or heat the material by introducing cold or hot water, effectively controlling the reaction temperature and dispersed heat during the production process.
·Convenient operating experience: The whole machine is installed on the walking track device, and the cylinder can be easily removed, greatly facilitating feeding, discharging, and equipment cleaning and maintenance.
