working principle
The material is fed into the hopper from the elevator, and then enters the magnetic separator into the grain box through the elevator and three-way valve. It is then evenly distributed on the conveyor belt through the scattered grain; The material passes through two rows of filtering magnets (aimed at removing iron impurities with strong magnetism from the material and avoiding damage to the conveyor belt caused by contact between iron impurities and magnetic rollers) and magnetic rollers, and then is horizontally thrown and scattered to form a parabolic surface. Due to the presence of ferromagnetic substances in the soil particles, they have a certain degree of magnetism, and the movement trajectory of the soil particles is changed by the strong magnetic force of the magnetic rollers. Finally, the material is separated from the soil particles by a splitter plate and enters the grain outlet and the soil outlet of the grain tank respectively.
