Product Overview
The flow meter of the blowing device is composed of a metal tube float flowmeter or glass rotor flowmeter from Chengfeng Company, combined with a constant flow valve, to form a flow blowing device for flow measurement and ensure constant flow output.
Due to the adherence to the safety, reliability, precise and stable measurement characteristics of Chengfeng company's flow meters, the Chengfeng series blowing device flow meter can ensure a constant flow output when the inlet or outlet pressure changes. It can be widely used in process control such as purging of transmitters and differential pressure level measurement in industries such as petroleum refining, chemical, ethylene, fertilizer, steel, chemical fiber textile, etc.

According to the schematic diagram of the measurement structure (taking constant inlet pressure as an example), it can be seen that:

As the differential pressure P2-P3 of the pressure regulator diaphragm, we can obtain the following equation:

Due to a C (constant value)=P2-P3
When the measuring medium is an incompressible liquid, the RE pressure regulator can adapt to changes in outlet pressure. For equation (4), since P1 is constant and P3 is variable, P3 becomes: P3+Δ P, P2 becomes: P2+Δ P, so:
