Equipment principle:
Intelligent high-temperature aerobic fermentation equipment is an intelligent integrated set of equipment used for processing organic waste such as kitchen waste, livestock manure, and household sludge. The process principle is to utilize the activity of microorganisms to biodegrade and decompose organic matter in waste, converting it into organic fertilizer raw materials for soil improvement and landscaping, ultimately achieving the resource utilization of organic waste.
Equipment features:
1. Fermentation of feces and organic waste requires specific microorganisms, which require a good breeding environment and suitable temperature to become more active faster. These breeding activities require a certain amount of oxygen, and this fermentation process is called aerobic fermentation.
2. Our fermentation equipment can quickly heat the fermentation material to the required temperature for fermentation, creating a breeding environment for microorganisms in the material to rapidly produce metabolic enzymes, enabling the material to complete the fermentation process quickly. This process is also known as the harmless treatment of feces. The fermentation process does not produce odor and has no environmental pollution.
During the fermentation process, the temperature is consistent and there are no dead corners. The temperature can reach between 55-60 degrees Celsius, which is not affected by seasons or weather, and has a high degree of harmlessness.
4. The fermentation equipment is controlled by electronic temperature sensing throughout the process, with automatic heating and mechanical discharge. One person can process a batch of materials within two hours without the need for dedicated personnel. Each ton of material consumes 8-10 kWh of electricity and can be processed alone or in combination with multiple units. It is an ideal environmentally friendly fermentation equipment that is not limited by production capacity.
