Product Overview
The instrument is designed and produced according to the curing requirements for cement mortar specimens in the new national standard GB-17671-1999 (ISO method for testing the strength of cement mortar). The inner tank and water tank are made of stainless steel plates, with separate tank curing, wheels and guide rails, making it easy to push, pull and remove specimens. Computer intelligent instrument, double-layer vacuum glass door. Suitable for research, construction, colleges, testing centers and other units.

Structure and principle of constant temperature water incubator
1. The box is composed of inner, middle, and outer layers. The inner liner is welded with stainless steel, and the outer shell is formed by bending high-quality cold-rolled steel plates. The middle layer is insulated with polyester foam material. Built in stainless steel rack, divided into 30 and 60 small workshops, each workshop can hold 1 set of 4 * 4 * 16 test blocks.
2. The temperature control adopts integrated circuits and dual temperature settings, which can accurately control the temperature.
3. The refrigeration system adopts a compressor, a tube coil evaporator, and a U-shaped stainless steel electric heating tube for heating. There are 8 fans inside the box to force cold and hot exchange, reducing the temperature difference and improving uniformity.
4. Working principle
When the temperature inside the maintenance box is higher than the set temperature, the temperature controller controls the cooling, and the temperature controller controls the heating system to work, repeatedly cycling to control the temperature within the set temperature range. In order to avoid frequent operation of the thermostat relay, the temperature is set at an upper limit of 21 ℃ and a lower limit of 19 ℃ before leaving the factory, so that the relay's operating range varies within ± 1 ℃.
