Installation and maintenance: It should be installed on a sturdy and flat foundation, and the installation position should consider the convenience of wiring, maintenance, and operation. This machine is driven by a chain drive, and the chain should be dripped with oil twice per shift. During use, the chain sag should be adjusted regularly, with a sag of 30-80mm.
Test run: Check if all fastening components are tightened, inject 46 # mechanical oil into the reducer to the oil level line, and drip lubricating oil onto the chain. After the steering is correct, start the machine for trial operation. Only when there is no vibration or noise during the trial operation can the material be put into normal production.
