Product Overview
This device is suitable for continuous and uniform conveying of loose, viscous, and easily entangled materials, with a conveying temperature of up to 100 ℃ and an inclination angle of less than 45 °. Widely used in industries such as building materials, chemicals, environmental protection, electricity, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, and food, it is particularly suitable for transporting materials such as sediment, grid slag, and sludge cake produced after dewatering in sewage treatment plants. The material enters the spiral tube from the feeding hopper, and the shaftless spiral body transports the material to the required position for discharge.
This product is mainly composed of a driving device, a conveying screw, a U-shaped groove, a lining plate, a cover plate, a feeding port, a discharging port, a machine cover (when needed), a base, etc.
The spiral press machine is mainly used for spiral pressing and dehydration of the grid residue separated from the grid, reducing the dissolution of the grid residue and removing the majority of the water in the grid residue, which is conducive to transportation and landfill.
