Product Overview
The vacuum type double axis mixer is a combination of a frame mixer and an efficient toothed disc disperser. Since the two sets of mixers are installed on the same central axis, it is called a concentric double axis mixer. This machine combines the functions of large circulation mixing and local fine dispersion, and the overall mixing and dispersion effect is significantly improved.
High and low-speed dual power design; The matched kinetic energy drives the high-speed disperser to rotate at high speed, causing the liquid material in the mixing tank to present a rolling circulation and generate a certain range of vortices. The material is subjected to strong shear and impact at the same time. Combined with a low-speed agitator with a movable scraping wall, the material adhered to the container wall is pushed towards the working range of the high-speed disperser, so that two or more materials are quickly dispersed and mixed, resulting in a product with no color difference, good uniformity, and high transparency. The frame mixer mainly solves the problems of mixing and material sticking to the wall. The material dispersion is mainly completed by the central disperser, so as to take advantage of each other's strengths and avoid their weaknesses, making the mixing faster, more efficient, and more thorough. According to the process conditions, mechanical seals can be installed between the high-speed solid shaft and the low-speed hollow spindle, as well as between the low-speed hollow spindle and the frame, to achieve vacuum operation.
