Product Overview
The YX-100-B explosion-proof electric contact pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of mixtures or various non explosive media in places with explosive hazards. This table is designed according to the relevant provisions and standards of GB3836.1 83 "General Requirements for Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments" and GB3836.2 83 "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments - Explosion proof Electrical Equipment" d ", and manufactured with approved drawings and technical documents by the inspection agency. The explosion-proof category of the instrument is Class II explosion-proof type B level T4 group, with the symbol Exd Ⅱ BT4.

structural principle
The instrument consists of an explosion-proof shell, a measurement system, an electrical contact group, a regulating device, and an outlet box. The explosion-proof shell of the instrument has good explosion-proof performance, so it can not only withstand the explosive pressure generated by the explosive gas mixture inside the shell in the event of an explosion due to the influence of sparks or arcs during normal operation, but also effectively prevent the heat energy generated from spreading smoothly outward, and can only slowly diffuse outward along the small gaps of the explosion-proof joint surface inside the shell. At this point, the instantaneous temperature transmitted to the outside of the shell has dropped below the ignition temperature of the explosive gas mixture, so it will not cause detonation.
The working principle of the instrument is based on the elastic deformation of the detection element (spring tube in the measurement system), which drives the contacts in the electrical contact group to produce corresponding actions (closing or opening) through mechanical transmission, so as to connect or disconnect the circuit in the voltage control system, thereby achieving the purpose of automatic control alarm and on-site indication.
