Product Overview
Product Application
Double needle pressure gauges are mainly used on locomotives and vehicles to measure the pressure of hydraulic systems or air storage cylinders. They can also be used for pressure measurement of various non corrosive, non crystalline, and solidified media such as copper alloys and tin aluminum alloys during brazing. A dual needle pressure gauge can measure two identical or different pressures simultaneously (the difference between the two should generally not exceed 1/3 of the limit value on the scale range).
structural principle
The instrument consists of two independent measurement systems and indicator devices. The working principle of the instrument is based on the elastic deformation of the elastic element (spring tube in the measurement system). Under the pressure of the measured medium, the ends of the two spring tubes are driven to produce corresponding displacements, which are amplified by the transmission of the rod through the gear transmission mechanism. The red and black pointers on the fixed gear shaft indicate the respective degrees of rotation of the two measured values.
