According to the national standard "General Pressure Gauge" (GB/T 1226-2010), the accuracy of ordinary pressure gauges is divided into 1.0 level, 1.6 level, 2.5 level, and 4.0 level; According to the national standard "Precision Pressure Gauge" (GB/T 1227-2010), the accuracy of precision pressure gauges is divided into 0.1 level, 0.16 level, 0.25 level, and 0.4 level.
Among the pressure gauges produced by our company, those with a surface diameter of 60mm or more have an accuracy of 1.0 and 1.6 levels; The accuracy of pressure gauges with a surface diameter of 60mm or less (including 60mm) is level 2.5; The accuracy of capsule pressure gauges and diaphragm pressure gauges is generally 2.5 levels.
Regarding precision, there are several concepts such as indication error, return error, tap displacement, and pointer deflection stability, which are introduced here one by one:
1. Indication error
Within the measurement range, the indication error should not exceed the allowable error specified in Table 1.
2. Return error
Within the measurement range, the return error should not exceed the allowable error value specified in Table 1.
3. Lightly tap the displacement
After tapping the case lightly, the change in pointer reading should not exceed 1/2 of the allowable error value specified in Table 1.
4. Stability of pointer deflection
Within the measurement range, the pointer deflection should be stable, without jumping or jamming.
