Cold and hot shock test chamber (environmental rapid temperature change shock test chamber) is suitable for electronics, electricians, LED,LCD, Reliability testing and product screening testing of products such as plastics, automotive parts, lighting fixtures, electronic components, etc. Through this equipment testing, the reliability of products can be improved and quality control can be carried out.
Precautions for operating the cold and hot shock test chamber:
★ Try to avoid shutting down and restarting the refrigeration unit within three minutes to avoid affecting the function of the compressor
★ This machine is prohibited from heating or testing explosive or highly corrosive substances that are flammable. Otherwise, it will cause unnecessary losses or the machine cannot conduct tests on it
The amount of test material placed should not affect the air circulation of the test box, otherwise it will affect the performance of the machine
When using, the door should be tightly closed to prevent temperature leakage and prevent it from reaching the performance area
Personnel operate this machine to avoid premature damage
When the machine is running, try to avoid opening the box door as much as possible, because opening the box door at low temperatures can easily cause ice sealing in the internal evaporator and other parts, especially the lower the temperature, the more serious the situation. If it must be opened, try to shorten the time as much as possible.
When the operation is completed, wait for the machine to stop before opening the door to retrieve the test sample.
During operation, please do not open the box door unless necessary, as it may result in the following adverse consequences:
High temperature gas rushing out of the box is very dangerous!
The inside of the box door still maintains high and low temperatures... causing injury!
High temperature air may trigger a fire alarm and cause misoperation!
Opening method: When opening the door, the operator must move backwards along the opening direction to prevent a large amount of hot air from escaping from the machine and injuring people
★ Please note that this device must be safely and securely grounded to prevent static electricity induction!
★ Circuit shorts, temperature over temperature protectors, provide safety protection for local test products and operators, so please check regularly.
During operation, please do not touch and inspect with your hands to avoid electric shock or injury to the fan, which may cause danger. Therefore, please stop the operation first, turn off the power, and then repair.
Non local personnel are not allowed to perform maintenance and inspection on this machine. During maintenance and inspection, it should be carried out by dedicated personnel, and supervised by a guardian to prevent uninformed personnel from turning on and off the power, causing electric shock and injury
After carefully reading the controller manual and related instructions, you can operate this machine.
Operation procedure of cold and hot shock test chamber:
Turn on the user power switch, then turn on the non fuse switch [NFB] of the main power supply, and press the power switch
After the table displays a normal screen, the program to be executed can be pre planned to set the curve graph for smooth setting work
The set values of temperature and time should be in accordance with the requirements of the user's tested product
The setting of each function of the controller must be operated by dedicated personnel or in accordance with the controller's instructions
After setting each menu, the machine door must be closed tightly before it can operate normally
When starting the machine, be sure to pay attention to the direction of the motor and the direction of the three-phase motor
Press the operation switch of the controller to operate the machine according to the set temperature
When the temperature reaches the user's product requirements and the machine needs to be shut down, the power switch on the panel must be turned off before the product can be removed or placed

If a fault occurs, the display screen of this machine will immediately show the location of the fault, and the buzzer will sound. After the fault is resolved, please press the (reset switch) button on the screen and restart the testing machine.
Precautions and methods for maintenance of cold and hot shock test chamber:
The radiator (condenser) of the refrigeration unit should be regularly maintained and kept clean. Dust sticking to the condenser can cause the high-pressure switch of the compressor to trip and generate false alarms. The condenser should be regularly maintained every month. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust attached to the condenser's heat dissipation mesh or use a hard brush or high-pressure nozzle to blow away the dust after starting up.
When opening or closing doors or taking test items from the furnace, do not let the items come into contact with the glue edge on the door to prevent damage to the glue edge and shorten its lifespan
The ground around and at the bottom of the fuselage should be kept clean at all times to prevent a large amount of dust from being sucked into the unit, causing accidents and reducing performance
The refrigeration system is the core of this machine. Please conduct a semi annual inspection of all copper pipes for any leakage or snow damage, as well as all horn joints and welding joints. If there is any oil leakage, please notify our company or handle it directly
The high current contacts of the distribution panel should be cleaned and maintained at least once a year in the distribution room. Loose contacts can put the entire equipment in a dangerous working state, ranging from minor damage to component burnout to serious risks such as fire, alarm, and personal injury Use a vacuum cleaner to remove indoor dust during cleaning.
Please do not adjust the set values of the two over temperature protectors inside the distribution box casually. They have already been adjusted at the factory. This protection switch is used to protect the heating tube from air burning and alarm Setpoint=Temperature Setpoint+20 ℃~30 ℃.
When retrieving the test product after the designated time, it must be done while the device is turned off, and the staff must wear dry, electricity resistant, and temperature resistant gloves
Cleaning and maintenance of the interior and exterior of the box.
The machine should be cleaned of internal impurities (substances) before operation.
The distribution room should be cleaned at least once a year. When cleaning, please use a vacuum cleaner to remove the indoor dust. The exterior of the box must be cleaned at least once a year, and can be wiped with soapy water during cleaning.
