The fully automatic open flash point tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in GB/T3536 "Determination of flash point and ignition point of petroleum products - Kranff open cup method", ASTM D92 "Cleveland open cup method for flash point and ignition point test method", and ISO 2592 "Horizontal open cup method for determination of flash point and ignition point of petroleum and related products". Applied to the testing of open flash point temperature and hazard level of oil products, it is widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, inspection and scientific research departments. Principle

The sample is loaded into a test cup, and the test cup containing the test oil is heated. The ZUI low temperature at which the condensed synthesis gas formed by the petroleum vapor and the surrounding air ignites upon contact with the flame is used as the flash point. The instrument controls the heater based on the collected temperature changes, causing the temperature of the test oil to rise at a certain rate. When the flash fire is measured, the instrument stops data collection, displays the flash fire temperature, prints the recorded results, stops heating, and the test arm automatically lifts, ending the experiment.
