working principle
The huller is mainly based on flexible rolling, which controls the rolling force between materials by designing and adjusting the material inventory in the barrel at a reasonable speed, and removes the shells, awns, wings, hairs, thorns, tips, etc. attached to the materials.
After the material is fed, the feeding amount is controlled by the feeding hopper insert plate. The adjustment of the grain outlet plug can control the storage of grain in the barrel. Excessive grain storage can cause motor overload, while insufficient grain storage can result in unsatisfactory kneading force between materials, affecting processing efficiency and reducing the shelling rate. Therefore, reasonable grain storage should be maintained in the barrel according to the characteristics of the materials.
