Horizontal ball mill is a key equipment for dry or wet grinding of silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metals, quartz sand, glass ceramics and other production industries.
Shandong Longxing horizontal ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, driven by external gears, sprockets or belts, and a two compartment grid type ball mill. The material is uniformly fed into the ball mill bin through the feeding machine and the hollow shaft screw, which contains three different specifications of ball media. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force, which brings the ball media to a certain height and then falls down, causing heavy impact and grinding on the material. After the material reaches rough grinding in the warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through a single-layer partition plate, which contains four different specifications of ball media for further grinding. The powdered material is discharged through the discharge port screen plate and enters the vibrating screen powder machine for classification to complete the grinding operation.

Use and maintenance of horizontal ball mill
1. Place the device flat on the prepared foundation and tighten it with bolts.
2. Before driving, check whether all rotating parts are running smoothly, whether the motor and electrical terminals are firm and reliable, and whether the reducer has been lubricated sufficiently.
3. Clean the vehicle promptly after parking to prevent material from drying and solidifying, which may affect the next drive.
4. After the machine is installed, it is forbidden to drive the grinding medium before adding materials.
