Product Overview

The small material automatic batching system is a fully automatic high-precision small material (powder, liquid) weighing and batching system designed for industries such as food, chemical, and pharmaceutical. Multiple feeding methods such as dual (single) self-cleaning spiral and micro valve are adopted, and the feeding device is intelligently controlled by servo speed regulation. Multiple electronic scales are separately set and coordinated to work independently.

This system consists of a 304 stainless steel frame, a 304 stainless steel hopper, a batching electronic scale, a conveyor, pump valves, a weighing electronic scale, a mixer, a CPI cleaning system, and a PLC control system. The ingredient bucket is dragged by the conveyor and enters different feeding stations in sequence. The ingredient control program combines the photoelectric switches of each station to open the corresponding valves or screw conveyor, and under the detection of the electronic scale, controls the material to enter the bucket. After the feeding of each material is completed, the conveyor transports the material bucket to the weighing station for weighing. The material bucket stays at the weighing station, and so on, for automatic material batching.
