Product Overview
Enamel chemical reaction kettle equipment, also commonly known as enamel glass reaction kettle, is a corrosion-resistant reaction equipment widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food. It cleverly combines the strength of metals and the chemical stability of glass, becoming an excellent composite material product.
Product Introduction
Enamel chemical reaction kettle equipment, also known as enamel glass reaction kettle, is a composite material reaction equipment made by sintering high silica glass enamel tightly onto the surface of a steel substrate at high temperature. It combines the mechanical strength of metals with the chemical stability of glass, making it an ideal choice for handling corrosive media.
Its core structure consists of a steel substrate (usually Q235 carbon steel or stainless steel) as the skeleton and a enamel layer of enamel as the protective layer. This dense porcelain glaze with a thickness of about 0.8-2.0mm endows the equipment with corrosion resistance and can effectively resist the erosion of most inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents, and weak bases. At the same time, its smooth mirror like inner wall does not adhere to materials, making it easy to clean and ensuring the high purity of the product.
In terms of technical parameters, the design temperature of enamel chemical reaction kettle equipment is usually -20 ℃ to 200 ℃, the design pressure can reach 0.6MPa, and it has good insulation and certain resistance to temperature changes. However, its use also has clear limitations: it is strictly prohibited to come into contact with fluorine-containing media, and its tolerance to high temperature concentrated alkali and hot concentrated phosphoric acid is also poor. In addition, the enamel layer is inherently brittle and requires strict precautions against mechanical impact and sudden temperature changes. During operation, metal tools should be avoided from scratching and the heating and cooling rates should be controlled.
According to different structures, it is mainly divided into open (K-type) and closed (F-type). The open kettle cover is separated for easy maintenance and replacement of the mixer; Closed type is the overall structure with better sealing performance, suitable for higher pressure working conditions.
With its excellent comprehensive performance, enamel reaction vessels are widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, and food. They are key equipment for completing various chemical reactions such as hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, polymerization, and sulfonation, and play an irreplaceable role in modern industrial production.
