The sunflower seed dehulling and sorting production line mainly consists of a dehulling machine, a vibrating grading screen, a rear air screen dehulling system, a seed kernel separation screen, pneumatic conveying, a hoist, and a vibrating tank.
working principle
After the sunflower seeds are shelled, the seeds and kernels are separated by a vibrating screen. Most of the unshelled sunflower seeds are transported back to the elevator for a second shelling through a vibrating tank; The dehulled sunflower seeds and impurities enter the rear air screen together. Based on the differences in impurities and specific gravity of the material, air selection is used to remove small impurities, light impurities such as sunflower seed skin, etc. Then, three seed separation screens are used to remove broken and graded sunflower seeds, and high-quality sunflower seeds are sorted out.
