The UV aging test chamber is a testing equipment used to simulate sunlight and UV radiation environments. It is commonly used for aging and stability testing of materials, coatings, plastics, rubber, and other materials. Structural features:
1. The UV aging test chamber includes a xenon lamp, a laboratory, a rotating shaft, a sample holder temperature sensor, a driving mechanism, and a control system. The xenon lamp is fixed at the center of the top of the laboratory, and the shaft is pivot connected to the laboratory. The control system controls the driving mechanism to drive the shaft to rotate.
2. The control system includes a microcomputer and a digital power supply. The microcomputer receives and processes signals from various sensors, and the digital power supply responds to the digital signals from the microcomputer to provide appropriate power to the xenon lamp.
3. The interior of the shaft is a hollow structure, and a signal transmitter that can rotate with the shaft is installed at the lower end of the shaft. Multiple wires are used to electrically connect the sample rack temperature sensor, and the signal transmitter is connected through the hollow structure of the shaft. The temperature sensor detects the temperature signal and transmits it to the receiver, thus overcoming the defect of the sample rack being difficult to transmit the signal to the control system due to rotation.
4. The UV aging test chamber can comprehensively simulate various environmental variables including humidity, temperature, and lighting, and achieve high-precision control of simulated outdoor environmental changes, achieving complete testing of the product's weather resistance and meeting the testing requirements of most air resistance testing standards.
In order for the UV aging test chamber to work better and maintain good condition for a long time, please maintain it according to the following items:
1. After installation, sufficient maintenance space should be reserved between the equipment and adjacent walls or other equipment;
2. The environmental temperature of the installation site should not change rapidly;
3. When the equipment is not in operation, it should be kept dry, the running water should be drained, and the workshop and box should be wiped dry;
4. Place the equipment in a well ventilated area (it is recommended to install ventilation fans to maintain indoor ventilation);
5. Do not install in dusty areas;
6. Prohibit chemical contact with this equipment (keep away from combustibles);
7. The wastewater discharge system of the equipment must be installed in place;
8. After each experiment, the sample should be taken out and the inner container of the equipment should be cleaned thoroughly;
9. After use, cover the plastic outer cover. (Keep the appearance of the box clean; avoid dust from entering the box).
