Product Overview
The standard LZ series Chengfeng metal tube float flowmeter consists of a measuring tube and a local indicator. Local indicators can also be equipped with additional electrical components, suitable for measuring liquids and gases.
This flowmeter adopts the principle of variable area measurement by Chengfeng Instrument. The measuring components consist of a conical measuring tube and a float. The float can freely move up and down in the conical measuring tube, changing the flow area in the pipeline. As the flow rate changes, the vertical position of the float in the measuring tube also changes accordingly. The position of the float is transmitted to the dial of the indicator through a steel pipe magnetic transmission system, indicating the size of the flow value.
In M6, M8, M9 indicators, the rotation of the follower magnet is directly transmitted to the dial; In the M7 indicator, the rotation of the follower magnet causes the pointer to linearly indicate the magnitude of the flow rate value through a cam plate.

M7 and M9 indicators
M7 indicator A, a local indicator, corrects the linear flow rate through a cam plate. B、 Adopting a new type of ESK signal transmitter, it can also have HART protocol communication function. C、 Installation can be selected within the on-site flow indicator instrument:
5W1 angular displacement signal transmitter with (4-20) mA linear output;
ESK type signal transmitter with (4-20) mA nonlinear output without hysteresis;
◇ Upper and lower limit alarm switches. M9 indicator A uses a pair of coupled magnets in the indicator to complete flow indication and electrical signal conversion. B、 Adopting a new type of ESK signal transmitter, it can also have HART protocol communication function. C、 Installation can be selected within the on-site flow indicator instrument:
ESK type signal transmitter with (4-20) mA nonlinear output and no hysteresis;
