TP532 Automatic Acid Value Tester for Petroleum Products, suitable for measuring insulation oil (transformer oil), turbine oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, etc; Suitable for fields such as electricity, petroleum, chemical engineering, and universities.
Principle
Extract the acidic components from the sample using toluene isopropanol reagent, and then titrate with potassium hydroxide ethanol standard solution. At the endpoint, the indicator in the extraction solution changes from yellow to green. Using a light emitter to emit a parallel beam of light onto the sample cup, the discolored sample will absorb this beam of light, causing a change in the photoelectric model and thus determining the endpoint.
